Pricing

Every cost explained before you commit

No rate card, no teaser rates — a written quote where every fee category is named, reserves are explained plainly, and there is no hidden risk premium.

The fee categories, named

Processing

The per-transaction cost: interchange (set by the schemes), scheme fees, and the processing margin. Quoted against your real card mix, not a teaser blend.

Settlement & FX

Settlement schedule and currency, and the FX applied when conversion is needed — stated per currency, before you sign.

Reserves

If your file warrants a rolling reserve, you’ll know the percentage, the holding period and the release schedule up front — and the review points where clean history steps it down.

Chargebacks & disputes

The per-dispute fee and how monitoring thresholds work, so a bad month is a known cost rather than a surprise clause.

Frequently asked questions

Why don’t you publish rates?

Because honest pricing in specialist sectors depends on your sector, volumes and card mix — and teaser rates that don’t survive underwriting are the industry’s oldest hidden fee. We publish the structure and quote the numbers.

What does “no hidden risk premium” mean?

Some providers advertise a headline rate, then levy an unadvertised flat monthly surcharge on sectors they class as higher-risk. We don’t: if your sector affects your pricing, it is in the quote, itemised, before you commit.

What will my quote contain?

Every fee category on this page with your numbers against it: processing, settlement and FX, any reserve with its mechanics, dispute fees and any fixed fees. If a line isn’t in the quote, you don’t pay it.

Do prices change after go-live?

Terms are reviewed on evidence — clean chargeback ratios and stable history move pricing in your favour. No silent repricing: changes come with notice and a reason.
